- What does the free tier actually give me?
- The whole flow — measure the roof from the satellite photo, price it, send the homeowner a link — for 3 live jobs at a time and 3 AI-written quotes a month. Finish a job and delete it and the slot comes back. The quote the homeowner opens carries our name rather than yours. No card, no clock, and it does not expire.
- Monthly or yearly?
- Yearly is about 29% cheaper: $499 once, which works out at $41.59 a month. Roofing is seasonal, so monthly at $59 suits you if your work stops in winter. Start on monthly if you are not sure.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, within 14 days of the purchase, for any reason, including deciding you did not need it. Write to support@roofparrot.com with the email you bought under and the refund is processed through Dodo Payments, who took the payment. Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion, and we would rather talk about what went wrong first.
- Who am I actually buying from?
- Dodo Payments is the merchant of record. They take the payment, handle the tax and appear on your card statement. RoofParrot is a one-person company; the terms are set out in full on the terms page.
