What this costs, next to what everyone else charges
Their prices, read off their own pages on 31 October 2026, and a line on each saying what they do better than we do. Nobody is called a loser and nothing here is on sale.

Annual figures are the cheapest published yearly billing for a single user, converted where a tool is sold monthly. Prices move — if one of these matters to your decision, check it on their page before you believe ours.
Three of the biggest are not in the table
The best-known roofing CRMs publish no price. Their pricing pages ask you to fill in a form, request a quote or book a demo, so there is no figure to put in a row — which is also why hundreds of roofers a month search for one of those names with the word “pricing” after it and end up reading a competitor’s blog post about it. Ours is one click away and so is everybody’s here who prints one.
What each of them does better
SatelliteQuotes
The closest thing to us on the market, and honestly priced. Their $44.99 a month is a launch rate — their own page says it goes to $80 a month in January 2027, and that anyone who signs up before then keeps the old rate. If you are reading this before January, their price is the one to beat and it is only $41 above ours.
Roofr
A proper platform: proposals, a CRM, a homeowner-facing instant estimator that captures leads while you sleep. If you want software to run the whole business rather than to do the arithmetic, this is a serious product and we are not trying to be it. Note that reports stay pay-as-you-go on every plan — the subscription buys a lower per-report price, not free reports.
EagleView
The one adjusters accept. If you are fighting a carrier over a scope, a signed EagleView report carries weight that a number you produced yourself does not — including a number you produced here. We measure for ordering and bidding. That is a different job and we say so on the measuring tool itself.
RoofSnap
Sketch-over-imagery with a crew around it, and it has been doing this a long time. Worth knowing before you compare prices: the Starter plan is sold per user with a two-user minimum, so a solo roofer pays for a seat nobody sits in.
Hover
3D from photographs you take on the ground, which gets siding and openings as well as the roof. If you sell exteriors rather than only roofs, that is worth more than anything on this page.
And where we are the wrong tool
- You need a report an adjuster signs off. Ours is your own measurement. Buy the EagleView.
- You want scheduling, dispatch and invoicing. There is a job list here, what each roof still owes you, and a nudge when a quote has gone unanswered. There is no crew calendar, no timesheets, no invoice ledger and no payment processing — your own payment link goes on the estimate and the homeowner pays you directly. We are not in that chain.
- You want one flat price for the whole crew. We charge per seat, so a three-man outfit pays for three. Roofr charges one flat price however many of you there are, and if the crew is the whole point for you, that arithmetic goes their way.
- You sell siding and windows too. Hover sees the whole house. We see the roof.
The free tier takes no card and does not expire. This page is open to anybody; the tool wants an email address and a code.
